Privacy policy

Mevnix connects marketing data you already own to AI tools you already use. This policy describes what we hold, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

  • Your email address. It is the only account identifier we hold, and it is how you sign in.
  • Access tokens for the accounts you connect (Google, Meta). These are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never written to logs or included in error messages.
  • Which properties and ad accounts you chose to expose.
  • Cached copies of the marketing data you request, held briefly so repeated questions do not exhaust your upstream API quota.
  • A record of which tool was called and when, used to enforce plan limits.
  • Billing details, held by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer identifier — we never see your card.

What we do not collect

  • We do not read your conversations with Claude or any other AI tool.
  • We have no access to your chat history, memory or files.
  • We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We request read-only permissions only. Mevnix cannot create, change, publish or delete anything in your connected accounts.

How your data is used

Solely to answer the questions you ask through your AI tool. When a tool is called, we fetch the requested data from Google or Meta using your stored token, cache the response briefly, and return it to the client you authorized. That is the whole of it.

Retention

  • Cached marketing data expires within six hours at most.
  • Tool call records are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
  • Tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or delete your account, whichever comes first.

Sub-processors

Neon (database hosting), Render (application hosting), Cloudflare (static hosting), Resend (sign-in emails) and Stripe (payments). Marketing data is fetched from Google and Meta on your behalf using the access you granted.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account removes its tokens and cached data immediately. Deleting your account removes everything. See Data deletion.
