One thing to work on

Make the mobile enquiry form easier to finish.

Mobile brings most of the traffic and almost none of the enquiries. Check the required fields and make a test submission before buying more traffic.

Review on 14 September. Too few sessions since to call it either way — the baseline stays where it was until there is something to compare.

A useful habit, every week

From “how are we doing?” to “here’s what I’ll do.”

You know the business. Mevnix brings the evidence, keeps the decision, and comes back to it.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Agree what an enquiry means.

Pick the accounts and the events that matter to you. See which channels recorded them, what you spent, and where a figure needs a closer look before you act on it.

  2. 02 / Decide

    Choose one manageable action.

Say what you are trying to do, what is left of the budget, and how much time you have. Get one next step, with the evidence behind it there to inspect rather than to trust.

  3. 03 / Follow up

    Come back to the result.

Record what you changed. The baseline is frozen the day you make it, so the next update can show what moved — or say plainly that it is still too early to tell.

18 Aug Baseline frozen 24 Aug You changed the page 14 Sep Review — still open
    • 18 Aug Baseline frozen
    • 24 Aug You changed the page
    • 14 Sep Review — still open
The baseline is kept as it stood on the day, so a later change to your setup cannot quietly rewrite what was claimed.

The context changes the answer

Your marketing should fit the business you have.

A tour operator with four places left needs a different plan from one trying to fill next month. Say it once. It stays with the decision.

What you tell it about capacity, budget and time changes what it recommends. It never changes anything in your ad accounts — nothing here can.

A conversation with your business in mind

“I have one hour and no extra ad budget.”
Start with the mobile enquiry form. Check the required fields and make a test submission yourself. Record the change and we will review it against today’s numbers.

The action fits the time you have, and uses traffic already reaching the site.

“We are fully booked until November.”
Then let’s work on your next open dates instead. More enquiries for a period you cannot serve would cost you money and make someone wait.

What you can deliver changes the advice. It does not change your campaigns — Mevnix does not touch those.

“I changed it. Did it work?”
We kept the original dates and the same event definition. So far the comparison is inconclusive — 12 sessions since the change. I would keep the review open rather than call it.

A number moving after your change is evidence to examine, not proof your change caused it.

Four sources, one business

Each connection answers a different part of the question.

Your accounts on one side, the assistant you already pay for on the other, and one address joining them. Nothing is copied anywhere and nothing runs overnight — Mevnix reads whatever your accounts say at the moment you ask.

Everything connects to Mevnix Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Google Ads connect inward to Mevnix at the centre, and so does Claude — or any other MCP client. Mevnix exposes one connector URL covering every account you add, and reads them without ever writing back. one connector URLfor every account you addREAD-ONLYSearch Consolequeries, pages, positionsGoogle Analyticssessions and conversionsMeta Adsspend, results, audiencesGoogle Adspaid searches · not open yetClaudeor any MCP client
Add the URL to your assistant once. Every account you connect after that appears behind the same address, without touching the assistant again.

Google Ads

Which searches you pay for, and what they suggest for your SEO.

Waiting on Google’s approval — it reaches test accounts today, not a real one.

Request Google Ads access →

Start with the accounts you already use. You do not need all four — search and analytics alone answer most of it, and one ad platform beside analytics answers the rest.

In practice

The update is Monday. The assistant is whenever.

Ask the follow-up in the tool you already have open. It reads the accounts live, shows you what it read, and reaches a judgement you can check line by line.

You

My search traffic dipped this month. What happened, and what should I do?

Your assistant

It is one page, not your site. /emergency-dentist lost 38 clicks and took your month down with it. The bigger number is /prices, sitting one place off page one.

PageImpr.ClicksChange
/emergency-dentist1,21046 38
/opening-hours89061 7
/prices94012 1

The drop is not something you broke: impressions held steady while the position went 4 → 9, so someone moved above you. Rewrite that title and opening paragraph. Then do /prices — 940 impressions at position 11, a 1.3% click rate, one place off page one. Moving it up a single spot is worth more than the drop cost you.

An example · Search Console runs 2–3 days behind, so Mevnix drops the incomplete days rather than letting them pull every average down.

Average position, main competitor terms

Enduro Brothers Bulgaria

Guided enduro motorcycle tours

On its main competitor terms. The work was ordinary SEO — titles, copy, one page merged into another. What Mevnix changed was how often the question "what moved, and what should I do next" could be asked: weekly instead of when someone remembered to export a report.

Customer zero

Retveno

Booking software for tour operators

An early-stage startup, and the reason the Search Console tools have filters and period comparison at all: its SEO workflow runs on them, so a tool that could not answer a real question got rebuilt until it could. It is winning its first search traffic now.

Look, don’t touch

You pick which accounts to connect. What is connected today can be read and not changed — it cannot pause a campaign, move a budget or edit a setting, because it never asked to be able to. If that ever changes, you get asked again, separately, and there is an approval step you see first.

Nothing sits around in the clear

The keys that link your accounts are scrambled before they are saved, and they never turn up in a log, an email or an error message. (AES-256-GCM, if that means something to you.)

Turn it off whenever you like

Every AI tool you have connected shows up in one list, with the day you connected it. Click revoke and it loses access there and then — no email to send, no support ticket, no waiting.

Questions

The things people ask first

Do I need all four connections?

No. Start with the accounts you use. Search Console and Analytics alone will tell you what people search for, what they do when they arrive and which events counted as an enquiry — that is most of the weekly question. Add an ad account when you want the spend beside it. Every answer says which sources it read, so you always know what a number is missing.

Why can I not just sign up yet?

Because signing up would not work yet. Connecting Google and Meta needs their approval of our app, and those reviews are in a queue — including Google Ads, which today reaches Google’s test accounts rather than real ones. Opening signup now would hand you a form and then a provider block. Self-service is where this is going; leave your email and we will tell you when your setup can actually connect.

Do I need to use Claude every week?

No. The weekly update arrives as an email you can read without opening anything. Claude, or another assistant that supports MCP, is for the follow-up questions and for setting things up by asking — which is how dashboards and alerts get arranged here, rather than through a settings screen.

What counts as an enquiry?

You choose which website events count, and Mevnix uses those and says so on every figure. They are event occurrences: one person filling in a form twice is two of them, and none of them is a booking until you say it is. Keeping those three things — recorded events, serious enquiries and booked customers — visibly separate is deliberate. A tool that blurs them will eventually tell you an expensive lie.

What if I only get a few enquiries a month?

Then you will see the underlying counts and how long they cover, and sometimes you will be told there is not enough to judge yet. That is the answer, not a failure to produce one. A review can stay open for weeks if a booking business needs weeks; inventing a weekly winner out of nine sessions is how a reporting tool loses your trust.

Can it change my ads?

Not today. What is connected is read-only: Mevnix can look at your accounts and cannot pause a campaign, move a budget or edit a setting. Any ability to change something would need permissions you grant separately, and would go through an approval step you see before anything happens. Nothing here acts on your accounts on its own.

How is this different from a reporting connector?

The reporting tools have MCP and AI features too — that argument is over and it was never the real difference. Theirs is a pipe: it moves your numbers somewhere and you decide what to do with them. This is a habit: you say what an enquiry means, what you can afford and how much time you have, you get one action, and that decision is still here next week with a review date on it. Compare the job, not the connector count.

Make your next marketing decision with the evidence in front of you.
