Deleting your data

Everything Mevnix holds about you can be removed by you, from the dashboard, without contacting anyone.

Remove one source

On Connections, remove a property or ad account. Its cached data is deleted with it, and tools stop being able to reach it immediately.

Disconnect a provider

Disconnecting Google or Meta deletes the stored access tokens, every source configured under that connection, and all cached data derived from it. We also ask the provider to revoke the token on their side.

Cut off an AI tool

On Authorized apps, revoke a tool's access. Its tokens stop working at once — the tool does not need to be uninstalled.

Delete your account

Email [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". Everything is removed within seven days: your email address, all provider tokens, all source configuration, all cached data, all API keys, all authorizations and all usage records.

Deletion cascades — there is no archived copy left behind. Payment records held by Stripe are retained by them as their own legal obligation requires, and are outside our control.

Facebook data deletion

This page is also the data deletion instructions URL for our Meta app. If you connected a Meta ad account, disconnecting it on Connections deletes the token and all data derived from it, or email us as described above.
