Mevnix

What Mevnix costs

Two plans and no per-client pricing. The free tier is a working product rather than a trial with a clock on it: if you run one website and one ad account, you may never need to pay us. Pro removes the limits for as many businesses as you like at one flat price, which is unusual in this category and is the whole argument, so it is worth saying why it is possible.

What counts as a question

The free limit is on tool calls, not on messages. One thing you ask often costs more than one call — "compare last month to the month before across search and ads" is at least two, because it reads two sources. In practice, a person checking their own site a few times a week does not come close to fifty a day, and someone working through a client list in one sitting can. Repeated questions are cheaper than they look: responses are cached, so asking the same thing twice in an afternoon does not spend a second call against an upstream API. The counter is a rolling twenty-four hours, not a calendar day, so a heavy Monday evening does not leave you locked out on Tuesday morning.

Why it can be $9

Because we are not paying for the AI. Every other tool in this category that puts a chat box in front of your data is buying the inference and charging you for it, which is why their prices start where they do and why they meter you. Mevnix connects to the assistant you already subscribe to, so our costs are an API call and a row in Postgres. Stating that plainly makes the number credible rather than suspicious — and it also explains the one place the price will have to move, below.

The tier that is not for sale yet

Insights is the version where Mevnix builds the dashboard and the exports itself, from a sentence — and that is the moment we start paying for inference instead of borrowing yours. It sits at $19 on the roadmap for exactly that reason. It carries a notify link rather than a checkout, because there is nothing to sell until it ships, and a coming-soon tier you can pay for is a pre-order we did not agree to take.

Questions about billing

What happens when I hit the free limit?
Tool calls start being refused with a message saying the limit is reached and when it resets. Nothing is deleted, your connections stay live, and the next rolling window lets you carry on. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
Is it really unlimited clients on Pro?
Yes, and that is the point of the price. Agency reporting tools charge per client because they know how many you have. We do not price on your client count, so filing a tenth business costs the same as the first.
Do I need to pay for Claude as well?
You need an assistant that supports MCP connectors, and Claude is the one we have tested most. That subscription is yours and separate — we never resell it, mark it up, or sell you credits for it.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to the free limits rather than being closed.
Is there an annual discount?
No. At $9 a month the saving would be a rounding error and the commitment would not be, so there is one price and you can leave whenever you like.
