Mevnix as a Windsor.ai alternative
People looking for a windsor.ai alternative usually want one of two different things, and the distinction decides whether we are a candidate at all. If you want the same job done for less — data moved from ad platforms into Looker Studio or a warehouse — you want Coupler.io, Supermetrics, Funnel or Porter, and you should compare those. If what you actually want is the answer the report was going to give you, without building the report, that is a different shape of product and it is what Mevnix is.
A pipe and an answer are not the same product
Windsor.ai ends where your dashboard begins. It authenticates the ad platforms, pulls the rows on a schedule and lands them somewhere — and then you still build the view, maintain it, and remember to open it. That last step is where most of these setups quietly die: the dashboard someone configured in March is technically still refreshing in October and nobody has looked at it since June. Mevnix has no destination and no schedule. It reads your accounts at the moment you ask, in the assistant you already have open, so there is no artefact to maintain and nothing to remember to check.
Where the price difference comes from
An alternative to windsor.ai that costs less usually costs less by giving you fewer connectors or fewer rows. Ours is cheaper for a structural reason instead: we do not move or store your marketing data, and we do not pay for the AI. There is no warehouse to fill, no sync running on your behalf whether or not you look, and the intelligence reading the numbers is the Claude subscription you already have. That is why $9 flat covers unlimited clients rather than being an entry tier you outgrow — and it is also why the price will move for the tier where we supply the inference ourselves.
What you give up by switching
Everything downstream. There is no Looker Studio connector, no Sheets export on a timer, no warehouse destination, and no BI integration — and if a client report currently renders out of one of those, Mevnix does not produce it. Our connector list is three sources today against their several hundred, which matters enormously if you run TikTok or LinkedIn ads and not at all if you run Google and Meta. The honest framing is that most people evaluating windsor.ai alternatives are replacing a pipe, and we are not one; the ones we are right for are the ones who realised the pipe was never the point.
What Windsor.ai is better at
Windsor.ai is a genuinely good data pipe with a very long connector list and destinations we do not have: BigQuery, Snowflake, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI. If what you need is your marketing data landing somewhere else on a schedule so that a report, a warehouse or a modelling exercise can use it, that is the job they are built for and we are not a replacement for it. Their connector coverage beyond the major ad platforms is also far wider than ours and will stay that way.
Stay with them if
- You need data in a warehouse, a spreadsheet or a BI tool rather than in a conversation.
- You depend on a connector we do not have — anything outside Search Console, GA4 and Meta Ads today.
- Someone downstream already relies on the scheduled feed, and breaking it costs more than the subscription.

Questions
- Can Mevnix send data to Looker Studio?
- No. There are no destinations at all — nothing is copied anywhere on a schedule. If a Looker Studio dashboard is a deliverable you owe someone, keep the tool that feeds it.
- How many connectors does Mevnix have?
- Three that anyone can use today: Google Search Console, GA4 and Meta Ads. Google Ads is with testers, and YouTube, Facebook Pages, Instagram and TikTok are waiting on platform approvals. We will not win a connector-count comparison and are not trying to.
- Is $9 per client?
- No, $9 is the whole account and clients are unlimited on it. Pricing per client is common in this category because vendors know how many you have; we do not price on that number.
- Does Mevnix store my marketing data?
- Only cached responses, and only for hours — six for Search Console, one for Analytics, thirty minutes for Meta. There is no warehouse and no historical archive accumulating on our side, which is a smaller promise than a pipe makes and a much smaller surface if we are ever breached. The provider tokens themselves are encrypted at rest.
- What happens to my dashboards if I switch?
- Anything rendering out of a Windsor.ai feed stops updating when the feed does, so do not cancel until you know what depends on it. The usual sequence is to run both for a month: keep the pipe feeding whatever a client sees, and use Mevnix for your own checks. If nothing in the dashboard turns out to be load-bearing after that month, you have your answer.
- Can an assistant change my campaigns through Mevnix?
- No. We hold read scopes only from both Google and Meta, so pausing a campaign or editing a budget is outside what the permission allows rather than being a setting we chose. Every AI client you authorize is listed on the Authorized apps page and can be revoked immediately.
